Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a Staff Mission Network Engineer in a hybrid role to deploy and manage secure DoD/IC networks across on‑prem and AWS GovCloud environments.

You will work with ISSEs and cloud engineers to implement STIGs, RMF controls, and NSA Type 1 cryptographic devices in support of classified programs. You will need an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, and you may travel to government sites as required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
• 10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience with classified DoD/IC networks
• DoD 8140 IAT Level III certification (CASP+, CISSP, CISA, or equivalent) required
• Deep expertise in IP networking including routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, QoS, and boundary protection
• Experience deploying network hardware in DoD APL and TAA compliant environments
• Knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and security controls for network infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and operate terrestrial network infrastructure across multiple on-prem locations
• Implement and maintain network configurations in AWS GovCloud and classified cloud environments
• Configure connectivity between AWS classified clouds, USG networks, and end-user networks
• Deploy and configure NSA Type 1 cryptographic devices within terrestrial networks
• Maintain network documentation including topology diagrams and configurations
• Collaborate with ISSEs, architects, cloud engineers, and program teams
