Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a Staff Mission Security Engineer - Build to lead end-to-end infrastructure design, buildout, and deployment of classified IT environments supporting U.S. Government programs up to TS/SCI and SAPs.

You will work across facilities, power, cooling, network, servers, and security controls, ensuring physical and cyber security compliance while delivering robust, scalable solutions across multiple enclaves in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center infrastructure or IT deployment for DoD/IC facilities up to TS/SCI.
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level III certification (e.g., CASP+, CISSP, CISA).
• Expertise in power, cooling, grounding, and classified facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility assessments and readiness evaluations for TS/SCI deployments.
• Design power distribution and cooling for classified data centers.
• Specify structured cabling, fiber layouts, and rack designs.
• Deploy and configure servers, network gear, and security appliances in classified enclaves.
• Coordinate ICD 705 security measures and RMF/ATO activities.
• Create as-built documentation and support DoD/IC RMF processes.
