Job summary

Axon is seeking a Sr. Manager, Mission Engineering & Operations to lead a team of embedded Mission Engineers inside major public safety agencies. You will drive technical delivery, leadership, and adoption across diverse environments, balancing field insights with product and enterprise priorities.

In this role you’ll coach senior contributors, shape strategy, ensure secure, scalable architectures, and advance AI-enabled solutions while aligning with CJIS and regulatory requirements. السفر

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical delivery or equivalent
• 5+ years leading and developing senior technical individual contributors
• Proven success coaching teams delivering secure, production-ready solutions
• Experience leading distributed or field-based teams across multiple customers/regions
• Record of improving technical execution, adoption, and operational outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Mission Engineers across strategic agency environments
• Coach engineers through complex decisions, executive conversations, and high-stakes delivery moments
• Set clear ownership, technical quality, onsite partnership, delivery, adoption, and impact expectations
• Create development plans to broaden technical range and leadership presence
• Foster curiosity, candor, responsible experimentation, continuous learning, and accountability
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution and phased handoffs
