Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector in Dulles, VA is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Mission Engineer (Level 3 or 4) to contribute to next‑generation space and ground programs.

The role offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and requires active SCI clearance; relocation assistance may be available. You will perform CONOPS and mission analysis, system integration and test, modeling and simulation, and MBSE across cross‑discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years or PhD with 1+ year experience in space/ground systems.
• Experience in requirements management, system architecture, and CONOPs.
• Experience on space/ground system development programs.
