You will lead project teams and subcontractors, drive preconstruction activities, manage QA/QC, and support commissioning for mission-critical data center projects. This role requires collaboration with owners and professionals and requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and subcontractors.
• Develop bid procedures, bid reviews, and scheduling.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead Construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.
