Ryan Companies US, Inc. invites applications for a Project Engineer to join our National Mission Critical team in Dallas. You will support the project team, learn Ryan processes, and gain exposure to field verification, shop drawing coordination, and project scheduling.

The role emphasizes learning and coordination across vendors, subcontractors, and safety procedures while supporting design and build activities on commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in commercial construction.
• Willingness to travel as needed to execute projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in completing designated projects while learning Ryan processes and policies.
• Help generate RFIs and track approvals.
• Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and coordination.
• Learn project dimensional control and field verifying dimensions for shop drawing approvals.
• Coordinate and track Vendor and Subcontractor deliveries.
• Learn Ryan Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Gain understanding of site logistics and permit inspection processes.
• Assist with Punchlist inspections and record items.
• Participate in preparing and updating the project schedule.
