Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. in Livermore, CA seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead a mission-critical federal infrastructure program at a premier national laboratory. The role is on-site, owning project delivery from preconstruction to closeout.

You will supervise budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, contracts, quality, and safety, coordinating with the owner and design team. U.S. citizenship and site access credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, federal, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and field execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, underground utilities, and complex building systems.
• Experience with CPM scheduling software, including Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• U.S. citizenship and local residency in the Livermore, CA area required.
• Must be able to pass a federal background investigation and obtain site access credentials.

• Oversee project execution from preconstruction through construction and closeout as the General Contractor’s on-site leader.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, contract administration, quality, safety, and coordination with the owner and design team.
