Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Industrial Construction Project Manager to lead large, complex manufacturing, data center, and/or mill projects with substantial autonomy over strategy, client relationships, and team execution.

This 100% travel role demands a proven leader who can shape project strategy, manage GMP/cost-plus design-build methods, and mentor future project leaders while driving safety and operational excellence across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years PM experience on large-scale commercial/industrial projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience with unions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex projects with responsibility for execution, financial performance, schedule, risk, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Develop project strategy across self-perform and subcontracted work, including staffing, equipment, productivity, prefabrication, and resource planning.
• Manage complex delivery methods and contract structures, including GMP, cost-plus, design-build, integrated delivery, and other negotiated arrangements.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, and business partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on cost, schedule, constructability, risk, and project strategy.
• Lead subcontractor procurement and negotiations, including non-standard contract terms, alternative delivery approaches, and participation strategies.
• Manage significant subcontractor issues and claims and represent the company in dispute resolution when necessary.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and other project professionals.
• Partner with operations leadership on labor planning, resource allocation, productivity, and lessons learned across projects.
• Lead preconstruction, estimating, constructability, risk, pricing, and pursuit activities between major project assignments.
• Represent the organization in client interviews, proposals, presentations, and business development opportunities.
• Develop existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand work across additional construction and specialty services.
• Support company-wide initiatives involving project controls, estimating, contracts, technology, training, and operational standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture and serve as a visible leader for safety and operational excellence.
