Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Lead Estimator to drive all estimating activities for the most complex Mission Critical projects. This remote-based role requires travel to project sites for owner and team meetings as needed.

You will oversee conceptual estimates, budgets, value engineering, and subcontractor relations, while ensuring bid quality and alignment with client expectations. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this senior role.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of 5 years of estimating field experience.
• 10+ years of experience in construction.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in specialized estimating software.
• Understanding of the influence of market conditions on pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead all estimating efforts on the most complex Mission Critical projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs, proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Prepare value engineering and risk analysis, and cost comparisons.
• Manage Subcontractor solicitation and selection process.
• Prepare Exhibit B or scope sheets and ensure bid quality and accuracy.
