Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for our Mission Critical/Data Center practice. You will guide complex electrical design, coordinate design documents, and mentor a team to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities include leading from concept to completion, ensuring code compliance, and collaborating with clients and project teams to meet deadlines and budgets. PE preferred for EOR roles, with opportunities across major U.S. markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
• PE license preferred; required for Engineers of Record where applicable.
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam; strong knowledge of codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex projects.
• Direct or oversee preparation of design documents, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop solutions to advanced engineering problems and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor designers and engineers across teams and practices.
