Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the Mission Critical team on on-site Dallas projects. You will manage project teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and drive client satisfaction through proactive leadership and quality controls.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management with 10+ years of experience, deep knowledge of MEP systems, and proficiency with Procore and P6; willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management required.
• 10+ years of proven project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for projects and sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned project teams and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, schedules and procurement strategy.
