Job summary

Navigator Development Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Mission Command Exercises to support on-site Fort Bragg operations. This full-time role requires coordinating and executing MRX exercises using extensive SOF and military experience.

Active SECRET clearance is mandatory. The position may require deployment or extended field work; a suitable combination of education and military background is accepted. Fort Bragg-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Graduate of U.S. Army Special Forces Qualifying Course (Officer 18A, Warrant Officer 180A, NCO 18 series).
• Graduate of intermediate/military senior officer courses or SF Warrant Officer Advanced Course or NCO Education System courses (First Sergeant, Sergeants Major).
• Two years of MRX research, planning, coordinating and execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Mission Request/Exercise (MRX) events.
• Leverage Special Operations and intelligence backgrounds to support mission command exercises.
