Job summary

IDS International is seeking a Senior Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Mission Command Exercises at Fort Bragg, NC. The selected candidate will provide operational expertise, assist with exercise planning and execution, and contribute to mission command training requirements.

The role requires extensive Special Operations Forces experience, a secret clearance, and an associate degree. Occasional travel and flexible shifts may be needed to support customer requirements and

Qualifications

Associate degree required; 15 years of related military experience may substitute.
Graduate of US Army Special Forces Qualifying Course (18A/180A) or equivalent.
Graduate of an officer's Intermediate Course or Senior Service College, or related courses.

Responsibilities

Support Mission Command Exercise planning and execution activities.
Provide subject matter expertise based on Special Operations Forces experience.
Support exercise development and coordination requirements.
Contribute to operational planning and mission command training objectives.
Assist with research, preparation, coordination, and execution of training events and exercises.
