Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Graduate of a U.S. Military Officers Education System course above entry level training (e.g., Captain Career Course, Intermediate Level Education).
• Graduate of U.S. military Noncommissioned Officer Education System courses: Advanced NCO Course, First Sergeant Course, or Sergeants Major Course.

Responsibilities

• Support Mission Command Exercise planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Formulate and integrate exercise scenarios into the SOMTC training environment or exercise.
• Provide subject matter expertise based on military operational experience.
• Support exercise preparation and coordination requirements.
• Contribute to mission command training objectives.
