Job summary

APEX TK LLC in Huntsville, AL seeks an experienced Senior Performance Analysis Engineer to join our Ground-based Missile Defense team. You will perform mission and system performance analyses, evaluate engagement performance, and communicate technical findings to leadership and government stakeholders.

The role requires MATLAB and Python expertise, development of analytic tools, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on current and future interceptor analyses under government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM required.
• 7+ years relevant experience.
• Active security clearance required.
• Experience supporting MDA GMD programs.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MATLAB, Python, and C++ analysis tools for medium-fidelity modeling, simulation, and performance assessments of GBI and NGI.
• Develop, execute, and analyze M&S environments to evaluate interceptor performance across scenarios.
• Perform quick-response analyses for IDT data terminal tasks and time-sensitive analyses.
• Conduct interceptor performance analyses to inform assessments and decisions.
• Support development of future interceptor analysis capabilities and tools.
• Interpret simulation results and provide actionable engineering recommendations.
• Deliver technical briefings to engineers, leadership, and government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address analysis needs for current and future capabilities.
