Job summary

APEX TK in Huntsville, AL seeks an experienced Performance Analyst Engineer to assess Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD) system performance. You will develop analytical methods, analyze large simulation datasets, and communicate results to government stakeholders.

Master’s in STEM and 12+ years of relevant experience are preferred. You will design tools in MATLAB and Python, perform Monte Carlo analyses, and collaborate with systems engineers and software teams to deliver actionable

Qualifications

Master's degree in a STEM field with extensive relevant experience.
Proven experience supporting Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD) or similar programs is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MATLAB; strong Python data analysis and visualization.
Experience interpreting simulation outputs and communicating findings to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Perform performance analyses of GMD system capabilities using modeling and simulation tools.
Develop and execute analytical methodologies to evaluate system effectiveness, interceptor performance, and mission outcomes.
Design, develop, and maintain analytical tools using MATLAB and Python.
Conduct statistical analyses, sensitivity studies, Monte Carlo simulations, and trade-space assessments.
