Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a qualified On‑Site Property Management/Logistics Program Manager to lead PMSCO operations across CONUS/OCONUS. The role requires active Top Secret clearance, a relevant degree, and 15+ years of experience in missile‑defense, logistics, and property management.

You will supervise warehouse leadership, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure compliance with DoD and FAR requirements while maintaining mission readiness at multiple sites including Huntsville.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, operations management, engineering, program management, or a related field. Experience cannot substitute for the degree requirement.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience supporting complex missile‑defense, defense, industrial, logistics, supply‑chain, property‑management, warehouse, transportation, or integrated‑product‑support operations.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership, operational direction, and contract‑performance oversight for PMSCO requirements.
• Ensure contractor execution of warehouse, receiving, shipping, storage, inventory, transportation, PHS&T, Government property, hazardous‑material, vehicle, audit‑support, and administrative activities.
• Directly supervise the Warehouse and Receiving Supervisor, including setting expectations, assigning priorities, evaluating performance, coaching personnel, identifying development needs, and taking or recommending personnel actions.
• Ensure adequate warehouse and receiving leadership coverage at the National Capital Region, Colorado Springs, Huntsville, Dahlgren, and other required locations.
• Serve as the primary contractor liaison to Government stakeholders, customers, installation representatives, transportation providers, partner contractors, and regulatory organizations.
