Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking an Operations/Site/Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the NRC location and act as Program Manager when needed. You will develop and implement procedures, analyze training needs, and deliver briefings to government leadership.

Requirements include a minimum of three years in project/operations management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt qualifications, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent project/operations/site/production management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in program management, business, public administration, production/operations, engineering, or finance/accounting.
• PMP certification accepted in lieu of degree; Six Sigma Green Belt required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Program Manager in the absence at the NRC location; address operational concerns and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Conduct fact finding for special projects and present written/oral briefings to management.
• Present oral briefings to Government oversite personnel.
• Prepare SOPs and revisions with strong writing skills.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
