Job summary

nou Systems is seeking a Senior Missile Defense Architect/Technical Element Lead in Fort Belvoir, VA. The role shapes future MDS architecture, assesses DoW technologies, and leads contract activities within MDA’s Chief Architect organization.

You will interface with customer leadership and guide cross-functional teams to deliver robust systems solutions. Requires TS/SCI with SAP eligibility, a STEM Master’s degree (or 20+ years with a Bachelor’s), and 12+ years on missile defense or analogous

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a STEM field (or bachelor’s with 20+ years of experience).
12+ years working on a missile defense–related or other large DoW program/project.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

Lead programs and engage with customers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Oversee contract activities within MDA’s Chief Architect organization and coordinate across teams.
Coordinate with the CTL and provide feedback on all required deliverables (MSR).
Develop architecture analyses, assessments of alternatives, and comparative trade studies.
