nou Systems, Inc. in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is seeking a Senior Missile Defense Architect / Technical Element Lead to join our Engineering Services Division. You will help shape the future Missile Defense System architecture and lead analyses that inform leadership decisions.

You will also oversee contract activities within MDA’s Chief Architect organization and coordinate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely briefings. A TS clearance is required.

Qualifikationen

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
• Master’s degree in a STEM field (or bachelor’s with 20+ years experience).
• 12+ years on missile defense or large DoD programs.
• Experience leading architecture assessments and program management.

Aufgaben

• Lead program teams and manage contract activities within MDA’s Chief Architect organization.
• Provide system-level integration analyses for MDS with non-traditional sensors and weapons.
• Prepare assessments, papers, briefings, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with customer leadership to translate needs into deliverables.
