Qualifications

• 12 years with a master’s degree, or 20 years with a bachelor’s degree, in missile defense-related or other complex DoD programs/projects.
• Ability to assess MDS capability gaps, challenges, needs, and opportunities against current and future threats to develop architecture solutions.
• Experience modeling, assessing, and evaluating future missile defense architectures.
• Strong ability to interpret results and present findings clearly.
• U.S. citizenship and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assess MDS capability gaps, challenges, needs, and opportunities against current and future threats to develop architecture solutions that mitigate gaps and/or improve performance.
• Develop analysis plans, execute MDS simulation tools, post-process and assess results, and prepare architecture analysis briefs and reports.
• Support M&S efforts and tailor tools to specific analysis plans.
• Solid understanding of current MDS architecture and future concepts.
• Experience modeling, assessing, and evaluating future missile defense architectures.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks by importance and urgency.
