Job summary

Clayton County Public Schools THE ARENA AT SOUTHLAKE - Morrow, Georgia is seeking an MIS Technician III to provide technical support for event technology and production systems, including audio, video, lighting, displays, and networking. The position reports to the Executive Director of The Arena at Southlake.

Responsibilities include setup, operation, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, inventory, and coordinating with venue staff, clients, promoters, vendors, and production teams;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with Microsoft or Cisco certs.
• Minimum three years IT experience in educational environment preferred.
• Experience with live-event AV, production, broadcast, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, test, and break down AV/IT equipment during events.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage venue hardware, POS, and networks; document issues and coordinate repairs.
• Interface with staff, clients, vendors, and production teams; maintain records.
