Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mining/technical discipline with internship in mining/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Directs employee engagement activities such as risk assessments and safety awareness.
• Leads safety audits and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Manages Health and Safety functions or projects.
• Trains staff in safety procedures, including confined space and LOTOTO.
• Participates on cross-functional teams for incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Accompanies inspectors and documents field activities.
