AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead mining-related infrastructure and environmental remediation projects in the Dallas area. This role will oversee field teams, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and coordinate with clients and engineers to deliver complex projects.

Ideal candidates bring extensive CM experience in mining, mine closure, earthwork, and heavy civil construction, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related; 10+ years CM exp.
• Pass a background check and enrollment in medical surveillance program
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check; US citizenship or permanent resident

Responsabilités

• Lead field construction management for mining-related infrastructure, remediation, and site restoration projects.
• Direct CM personnel to ensure effective delivery and coordination.
• Manage day-to-day construction activities per plans, specs, permits, and safety standards.
• Oversee earthwork, grading, embankment construction, drainage and material handling.
• Monitor progress, costs, schedules, and risk; implement corrective actions.
• Review subcontractors' submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay apps.
• Coordinate with design teams and clients on changes and solutions.
• Ensure QA/QC and environmental compliance during remediation and closure.
