The position emphasizes safety, budgeting, and field presence to review job preparation, execution, and follow-up while ensuring adherence to company standards and SAP-based processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8 years of progressive maintenance experience.
• Associates in a technical field with 6 years of related experience in maintenance/industrial operations, including supervisory work.
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience and supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong mentoring capabilities in leadership, professionalism, organization, and technical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Freeport-McMoRan standards, practices, and SAP maintenance modules.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the division Planners and other planning department staff.
• Set meaningful objectives for the division Planners and maintain relationships with front-line supervisors.
• Oversee planning/scheduling processes to ensure daily, short-term, and long-range plans.
• Drive runtime forecasting with monthly detailed area plans and stakeholder reconciliation.
• Ensure budget, forecast costs, and parts availability align with expectations.
• Spend time in the field reviewing job preparation and execution.
• Ensure pre-job and post-job requirements meet Freeport-McMoRan standards.
