ASARCO LLC is expanding its Copper Mine & Tailings Storage Facility in a multi-year program. We seek a Senior Construction Manager to provide leadership across all construction work fronts, reporting to the Project Director, and champion a safety-first culture from design through readiness.

You will work with Engineering, Controls, EP/CM contractors, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Commissioning to ensure compliant, high-quality execution on schedule and within budget.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 15 years of construction management experience in heavy industrial/mining projects.
• Proven leadership of multi-discipline teams and governance across large capital programs.
• Strong knowledge of safety systems, regulatory compliance, and contractor management.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor construction coordinators and supervisors across all fronts.
• Review activities to ensure quality, codes compliance, and alignment with standards.
• Coordinate with EP/CM teams, operations, maintenance, procurement, and commissioning.
• Drive change management, progress tracking, and adherence to budget and schedule.
