You will lead engineering tasks across systems, architectures, testing, sustainment, and integration, coordinating with government stakeholders and international partners.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Expert-level MILSATCOM knowledge incl AEHF, Milstar, COMSEC.
• Extensive understanding of joint-service and allied MILSATCOM operations.
• Senior-level guidance, analysis, and systems engineering support experience.
• Ability to collaborate with senior military and government leaders and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Own MILSATCOM systems engineering, sustainment, integration, and interoperability activities.
• Prioritize across technical support, testing, field support, and customer requirements; communicate risks.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource to Government Chief Engineer and stakeholders.
• Evaluate issues and support senior-level technical and programmatic decisions.
• Provide troubleshooting for complex MILSATCOM and cryptographic systems.
• Document architectures, test plans, CONOPS, ICDs, and related artifacts.
