Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Sustainment Software Developer to lead the MAD team at Peterson Space Force Base, CO. The role focuses on developing MILSATCOM and NC3 software used to sustain critical defense systems, with leadership responsibilities and government-facing collaboration.

The position requires a DoW SECRET clearance (TS/SCI possible), 15+ years IT experience, and a strong background in C#/.NET Core, web technologies, and DevOps. On-site work with travel under 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• DoW SECRET clearance with ability to attain TS/SCI.
• 15+ years IT experience with team lead/supervisory skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science or equivalent.
• Ability to manage DoW military and civilian client relationships.
• Strong programming, web tech, and DevOps knowledge.
• Experience with MILSATCOM/NC3 systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software development team to architect and implement MILSATCOM and NC3 apps.
• Coordinate with DoW System Engineering specifications and workflows.
• Provide end-user training and demonstrations for military and civilian personnel.
• Mentor a technical team on web-based architecture applications.
• Prepare and present briefings for large groups; demonstrate software products.
• Travel less than 10%.
