Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team is seeking a Senior Program Systems Integration Engineer in El Segundo, CA. This on-site role supports MILSATCOM systems engineering, integration, and test, collaborating with government and contractors to close gaps and manage baselines.

The ideal candidate holds an active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred), a relevant engineering degree, and 8+ years of engineering/SE experience, including requirements management and integration.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance at least Secret; Top Secret may be desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, physics, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years engineering experience; 5+ years in Systems Engineering including requirements management, baseline development, test planning, integration and validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration strategies for satellite systems and subsystems; manage technical baselines among stakeholders.
• Analyze system requirements to define and verify technical baselines.
• Apply digital engineering methods and modeling strategies to support integration and test activities.
• Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to address customer requirements across the program; support major reviews.
• Lead and support working groups; develop briefings, lead discussions, and document minutes.
• Review proposed changes to baselines for impacts to enterprise capabilities and cross-stakeholder integration.
• Define and deliver alternative solutions to address integration challenges; manage schedule and delivery.
• Facilitate reviews of contractor documents with technical assessments and comments.
• Serve as SME to prepare briefings for Space Force program office and stakeholders; propose actions.
• Support risk management, interdependencies, and action plans; assist government in execution.
