Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise millwright crews performing installation, maintenance, and repair of light industrial equipment.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities including manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee installation and schedule; ensure safety and quality; mentor apprentices and journeymen.
