Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in supervisory roles within petrochemical, power, or cement plants, NCCER certifications, and strong math and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of supervisory experience in industrial construction.
• NCCER Certification Plus in craft; ICTP certification or willingness to teach.
• Valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft activities and field staff.
• Monitor safety and quality, ensuring adherence to specs and schedule.
• Maintain project schedule and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and the client for issue resolution.
• Plan crew size and equipment per work package; ensure materials delivery.
• Ensure installation per specifications and timely delivery; lead safety meetings.
• Ambassador for Traylor Industrial Construction to client and partners.
