Job summary

Traylor Industrial – Iron Worker Superintendent in Atlanta, GA is seeking a seasoned site leader. You will supervise craft crews, coordinate with foremen, review drawings, and ensure safety and quality on industrial projects.

The role requires extensive supervisory experience, NCCER credentials, and a strong focus on safety, scheduling, and cost control in a petrochemical/industrial setting. Domestic travel and long-hour shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of supervisory experience in industrial construction.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to supervise large groups.
• Willing to attend continued NCCER training and Traylor classes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or government issued identification.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing and maintain good interpersonal relations.
• Promote and enforce safety at all times and encourage safety among others.
• Assist Foremen and General Foremen in maintaining a safe workplace.
• Possess strong craft knowledge and experience in an industrial construction setting.
• Review drawings and specifications and relay information to front line supervisors.
• Track project schedule and cost reports and coordinate crews and equipment.
