Job summary

LaunchNW is seeking a skilled Millwright Mechanic to join a small maintenance team. You will repair and maintain industrial machinery, troubleshoot hydraulic systems, interpret blueprints, and perform welding and installation projects with a strong emphasis on safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in mechanical maintenance, understands CNC machinery, and can read micrometers/calipers. Advancement opportunities exist within the maintenance department for dedicated professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in CNC machinery operation and maintenance a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to read micrometers and calipers.
