LP Building Solutions is seeking a senior level Millwright to perform skilled preventative and predictive maintenance in a mill environment. The role requires working safely under minimum supervision and performing complex repairs and installations on power transmission, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

The position emphasizes adherence to safety/environmental rules, strong fabrication and mechanical skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years general maintenance experience preferred.
• Equivalency of education and experience accepted.
• Must read and understand safety and environmental rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in accordance with safety, quality and environmental rules and regulations.
• Perform complex preventative and predictive maintenance functions.
• Perform complex equipment repairs.
• Install and troubleshoot power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot pumps, fans, bearings and conveyance systems.
• Provide coverage for crew Millwright as assigned.
