Job summary

Starlite Building Services is seeking a Boston based Millwork Project Manager to oversee all millwork projects, manage carpentry and labor staff, and drive profitability with strong budgeting and scheduling. You will work with our team to ensure quality, execution, and successful client relationships from project setup through closeout.

The role requires leadership, thorough review of documents, and proactive communication with the Shawmut project team and external partners to ensure scope

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of millwork project management experience.
• Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting and scheduling.
• Experience coordinating with clients, architects and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead millwork projects end-to-end including setup, execution, and closeout.
• Develop project budgets and forecasts and monitor financials.
• Coordinate with Site Foreman and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability and client satisfaction.
