Job summary

Starlite Building Services in Boston is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Millwork to support the project team from set-up through close-out. You will assist the PM with budgeting, scheduling, document control, and client relations, ensuring alignment with Starlite's processes and safety standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with owners, subs, and staff, managing tools and workflows, and generating timely financial reports.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of construction administrative or construction project management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering or related work experience.
• Software Applications: MS Office (word and excel), CMiC.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering construction projects that meet Starlite's goals by supporting project set-up, execution, close-out, financial management and relationships with clients and staff.
• Support Project Manager in project set-up, execution, close-out, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships with clients, owners, subs and staff.
