Starlite Building Services, a construction services operation, seeks a Boston-based Millwork Project Manager to lead millwork projects, carpentry staff, and profitability. You will set up projects, estimate, manage finances, and nurture client and team relationships.

The role emphasizes strong budgeting, schedule management, and collaboration with operations to optimize site logistics and profitability. Boston base salary is $80,000–$105,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Millwork Project Management.
• Knowledge of estimating processes and delivery methods.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-growing company.
• Experience maintaining project budgets and schedules.
• Knowledge of contract types and deal structures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• General Contractor or subcontractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Projects set up, estimating, and execution to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Lead project team to deliver projects the Starlite way, including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services.
• Maintain updated schedules and identify issues affecting constructability and costs.
• Drive change orders and ensure approvals with owners.
• Coach and mentor staff; develop internal and external relationships and growth.
