Starlite Building Services in Boston is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Millwork to support the PM in delivering construction projects that meet goals and reinforce client relationships. You will assist in project setup, execution, financial reporting, and close-out, collaborating with the team to maintain safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires a 2+ year background in construction admin or PM, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, and

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of construction administrative or construction project management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related work experience
• Software Applications: MS Office (word and excel), CMiC

Responsibilities

• Project Set-Up - Ensure that proper tools, processes, and other requirements are in place prior to the beginning of a project.
• Project Execution/Document Control - Ensures the project is executed in accordance with Starlite’s processes/best practices from pre-construction through close-out.
• Financial Management - Ensures timely and accurate completion of all Starlite financial processes, controls and reports.
• Close-Out - Assists the Project Team in the timely and accurate close-out of the project.
• Relationship Management - Develops and maintains critical internal and external relationships, especially with clients, owners, subs and Starlite staff.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related work experience
