Job summary

Concepts in Millwork is seeking a Project Manager to own projects from start to finish, guiding teams, managing timelines, and ensuring high standards. You will coordinate engineering, production, delivery, and installation, with a focus on AWI compliance and accurate shop drawings.

The role requires strong organization and customer-facing collaboration in a family-oriented company. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, with full-time hours Mon-Fri, and an emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in an architectural millwork environment.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from start to finish and guide teams.
• Ensure drawings align with contract drawings, AWI, and methods.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, delivery, and installation teams.
• Set up and maintain project budgets and Schedule of Values.
• Monitor costs to stay within scope and timelines.
• Write RFIs and attend meetings to clarify scope.
