A commercial high-end architectural millwork firm seeks an experienced Millwork Project Manager to oversee project planning and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant millwork or construction experience and be skilled in compliance with AWI quality standards. Responsibilities include providing technical direction, ensuring project documentation, and effective time management with all sub-teams. This is a full-time position based in Tampa, Florida, requiring in-person attendance.

Commercial High-End Architectural Millwork Firm Seeks an experienced Millwork Project Manager. Applicants must have proven experience in architectural millwork as this position requires complete and thorough technical knowledge of the construction process as it pertains to our line of work. The suitable applicant must be skilled in organization, implementation, and AWI standards.

Responsibilities

• Overall project planning and scheduling
• Resource allocation
• Providing technical direction to our installers and fabricators
• Ensuring compliance with AWI quality standards
• Project Planning and effective time management of self and our subs
• Cost Management
• Time Management and Coordination with our subcontract installers/vendors and General Contractor/Owner reps
• Quality Management
• Change Order creation and follow-through
• Monitoring the progress of the activities on a regular basis and holding regular status meetings with all the sub-teams
• Inspecting the construction sites
• Ensuring completion of project documentation
• Able to work well with coworkers, subcontractors and customer representatives especially under stressful situations
• Must have a clean driving record
