Job summary

Concepts in Millwork in Colorado Springs is seeking a Project Manager to own complex projects from start to finish—guiding design, fabrication, and installation to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate engineering, production, delivery and installation teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders across Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in an architectural millwork environment.
• Able to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications; must identify errors/omissions and request clarification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee drawings to ensure accuracy per contract drawings/specs, our standard construction methods, AWI requirements.
• Coordinate Engineering, Production, Delivery and Installation teams to meet expectations and on-time delivery.
• Set up and maintain a project budget and Schedule of Values for individual projects and billing projections.
• Monitor costs to keep the job on schedule and within estimated scope budgets.
• Write RFIs to obtain and distribute necessary information for timely progress.
• Attend meetings to clarify scope or means of fabrication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Assess risk against production timelines and contractor schedules.
• Maintain customer service orientation with internal/external stakeholders to meet needs and profitability.
• Travel to Colorado Springs, Denver, and surrounding areas as needed.
