Job summary

CCI Group is seeking a Millwork Estimator to lead the estimating team, standardize processes, and ensure accurate, profitable project costs. You will own the INNERGY ERP estimating function, document communications, and mentor junior estimators to uphold best practices.

This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of construction documents, and the ability to coordinate with project management, engineering, and operations to deliver accurate budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial and/or residential estimating (millwork or related)
• Experience leading or mentoring estimators
• Proficiency with ERP estimating platform
• Strong understanding of construction documents, blueprints, and specs
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the estimating team to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Own INNERGY ERP estimating function and ensure documentation and compliance
• Review drawings, specs, and scope to ensure accurate cost components and alignment with project goals
• Plan and manage estimating workloads, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across teams
