Army National Guard Units in Montgomery, AL seeks a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Military) to lead MILPO programs, develop HR policy, and supervise HR staff across multiple responsibilities including inspections, readiness processing, and deployments.

Formación

• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of assigned program areas, ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Directs and implements military personnel programs of assignment to ensure highest levels of unit and personnel readiness.
• Manages use of funds for accounts related to the area of assignment and conducts internal audit reviews.
• Coordinates, convenes and participates in boards such as promotions, DA Boards, awards, retention boards, MOS Medical Review Board, and other evaluations.
• Develops initial MOI, policy and guidance for implementation of board results and analyzes policy impact on workforce.
