Job summary

Boingo, a leader in wireless connectivity for military and federal settings, seeks a senior BD executive to drive a multi-year Military and Federal strategy and build a strong pipeline. You will lead a dedicated team, translating budget shifts and procurement practices into winning campaigns while partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business development or related commercial leadership, preferably in telecom, wireless or federal/government.
• Working knowledge of DAS, Wi‑Fi, private networks, fiber or cellular infrastructure; direct DAS experience preferred.
• Established network across DoD, federal civilian agencies, primes, systems integrators and government partners.
• Proven success building pipelines and closing multiyear deals valued $10M+.
• Strong executive presence with verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Military and Federal BD strategy aligned with Boingo's growth priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Military and Federal BD organization with clear goals and territories.
• Maintain executive oversight of significant pursuits and establish accountability within the team.
• Translate changes in budgets, priorities, and procurement practices into actionable strategies.
• Monitor pipeline, win rates, forecast accuracy, and account planning with cadence reviews.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver viable solutions.
• Direct strategy for RFIs, RFPs, proposals, contract vehicles, and competitive pursuits.
