Job summary

Boingo Wireless is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Vice President, Business Development to lead the growth strategy and the Military and Federal markets. This player-coach will close deals, in addition to supporting the team, reporting to the SVP & General Manager, Military.

The role requires building a high‑quality multiyear pipeline, guiding a sales organization, and aligning budgets with Boingo's wireless solutions across DAS, Wi‑Fi, private networks, fiber, and emerging connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Military and Federal business development strategy aligned with Boingo's growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Military and Federal business development organization.
• Maintain executive oversight of significant pursuits with clear ownership within the team.
• Translate changes in federal budgets and procurement practices into actionable strategies.
• Monitor pipeline coverage, win rates, and forecast accuracy.
• Establish a disciplined sales operating cadence with pipeline inspections and reviews.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, Product, and Operations to develop viable solutions.
• Direct strategy for RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and other competitive pursuits.
