Job summary

Bristol Infrastructure Design Svcs, LLC is seeking a senior project manager with active PE or RA licensure to lead MILCON project execution for Navy/Marine Corps shore facilities. The role requires at least 10 years of MILCON PM experience and deep knowledge of planning, design, contracting, and construction oversight.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage complex programs, and ensure compliance with federal contracting and NAVFAC processes.

Qualifications

• Active PE or RA registration is required.
• Minimum 10 years of MILCON project management experience.
• Broad knowledge of project management, planning, execution, and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent PM services for Navy/Marine Corps MILCON projects (minor to major works).
• Manage planning, design, construction, cost estimating, permits, contract strategy, design reviews, and construction oversight.
• Serve as liaison between project teams and supported commands and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate leadership across planning, budgeting, programming, engineering, design, execution, and construction of shore facilities.
