Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies seeks a skilled Facility Planner to support regional and installation-level planning for Navy shore facilities. The role emphasizes formal planning documents, asset data management in iNFADS, and coordination of complex MILCON and space planning tasks.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least seven years of facility planning experience, with strong communication and analytical talents for cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in planning, engineering, architecture, or related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of facility planning experience, including BFR/FPD prep, iNFADS use, ICAP, DD1391 development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regional and installation-level planning documents (RIPs, RSIPs, IDPs, IAPs, Master Plans).
• Prepare BFRs and Facility Planning Documents (FPDs) and update iNFADS data.
• Develop SRM packages including DD1391, cost estimates, NEPA documentation, and SRM checklists.
• Support MILCON project development including DD1391, ROM estimates, and site selection.
• Provide space需求 analyses and coordination for region-wide space requests.
