Job summary

Florida Department of Military Affairs seeks a Planner IV to assist in managing large MILCON and SRM projects, ensuring proper development and entry into the PRIDE system. You will support long-range construction planning and prepare essential programming documents for National Guard facilities.

The role requires extensive planning and data analysis, with responsibilities including coordination with units, integration of requirements, and liaising with federal and state entities to support

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and eight (8) years of professional, full-time experience in Planning, Research, Analysis, Coordinating, Business Operations, Accounting, Database Administration, or related field.
• Education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist Master Planner Supervisor develop, track, and manage MILCON and SRM projects in CFMO to ensure data is entered in PRIDE.
• Maintain the Long-Range Construction Project (LRCP).
• Research and analyze data and develop solutions or alternative methods.
• Prepare programming documents (NGB 1390/91 and 420R).
• Identify unit requirements and write justifications for changes in criteria.
