Job summary

The Florida Department of Military Affairs, Construction and Facility Management Office in St. Augustine is seeking a Planner IV to support the development and management of Military Construction and Sustainment Restoration and Modernization projects for the Florida National Guard.

You will coordinate project planning, maintain long-range construction plans, conduct site visits, and prepare programming documents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8 years of professional experience in planning, research, analysis, coordinating, business operations, accounting, database administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, and GIS.
• Ability to compile, organize, and analyze data; develop program projections and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of research techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with federal, state, and private sector personnel.
• Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check background investigation clearance.

Responsibilities
