People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a MILCON Future Plans Specialist to join at Stennis Space Center, MS. The role involves coordinating MILCON and SRM programs, ensuring timely execution, and interfacing with NAVFAC, SSC, and NASA to align schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring extensive MILCON/O&M knowledge, project management experience, and the ability to develop long-range plans, with a SECRET clearance requirement as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Eight years’ project management or coordination experience in construction.
• Ability to analyze and adjust work operations to meet program requirements.
• Knowledge of operations, maintenance, fire protection, disaster preparedness, housing management, environmental, and HR management.
• Six years NAVFAC experience with related documentation (SOW, funding, coordination, environmental, historical requirements).
• Six years MILCON process experience including POM, unfunded requirements, 1391, and appropriations.
• MILCON and O&M knowledge including Facility Strategic Plan.
• Six years reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations.
• Five years with phased maintenance and condition-directed repair concepts.
• Five years with process improvement and cost controls for maintenance issues.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Ability to communicate with officials and agencies to gain approvals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and organizing activities for MILCON, O&M, and SRM projects from planning through warranty.
• Assist the Project Manager for SBTC work execution and program growth.
• Provide direction to ensure programs are planned and executed on time.
• Develop long-range Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization program plans.
• Provide engineering and financial audit expertise on program requirements and improvements.
• Assist with SRM projects related to Real Property assets and facilities.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC, SSC, and NASA to track projects.
• Prepare facility estimates and cost data to support the program.
• Review plans and specs for compliance with codes and criteria.
• Represent in meetings to foster collaborative solutions.
• Coordinate command self-help projects with component commands.
• Ensure quality control of PM deliverables.
• Communicate across levels to inform and gain approval.
